The final amount of the sale for the two houses at Our Lady of Loreto, 1901 & 1905 Pioneer Avenue, was $173,420.60 (minus the $13,000 for compliance of drainage) with a profit of $160,420.60. The buyer was RHPL Holdings, LLC. We also finalized the selling of 3048-50 Pioneer Avenue to PCUC. After closing costs and the plumbing compliance for drainage, our profit on that property was $76,252.50. We are still waiting for the approval to sell the duplex at SCS 1805-1807 Belasco Avenue.
